Fast paced arcade action - that helps you learn math!

Warp Factor is a fun new way for kids to study the important mathematical concept of factoring. In the game, you are piloting a fuel tanker and need to fill all the smaller spaceships with the appropriate fuel. Tilting the device moves your spaceship left and right. You aim and hit the "DROP" button to hit a corresponding spaceship as it flies by. So for instance, a "25" in the dropper would match a "5" ship. If your aim is right, and you get a correct hit, the spaceship is fueled up and it takes off to another galaxy!

Filled with fast-paced fun, you get points for each correct hit, but if you hit three wrong ships on any one level you get "fired" from your job fueling ships. But thats OK - you can start over! The game gets faster and faster as it goes, with more numbers and tricky obstacles added along the way.

At the end of each level you also get to play the wild Bonus Round, where you try to fuel as many ships as you can in one minute. And at the end of a game, your score is entered in the Top Scores list so you can take turns playing and try to beat each others scores, or track their progress by keeping an eye on the points.

Educational value
Of course we know that 6 x 4, 3 x 8, 2 x 12 and 1 x 24 all equal 24, but kids will have a lot of fun putting this knowledge to use in Warp Factor. There is also a learning review section that will let your children brush up on the basics of factoring and get some tips and tricks that may come in handy in the classroom. Learning math has never been so exciting!
